Navigating the streets to reach the hotel can be tricky, especially with narrow, one-way routes and a lack of clear signage. The parking situation is also inconvenient, with guests not permitted to park in front of the hotel, making unloading luggage a hassle. Additionally, having more accessible drinking water options in the room would be appreciated, as finding basic water in the area proved challenging.

The staff were genuine and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant, like when they assisted us with extra pillows without hesitation.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Mr Fareed, who ensured all our needs were met. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite during our 4-night stay.

The tram noise can be bothersome, especially on the lower floors.

The sauna and steam room were perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
